PLUTA in Spain forms Joint Venture with Spanish Commercial Bank

Barcelona/Madrid/Ulm, March 24, 2016. PLUTA Abogados y Administradores Concursales, S.L.P. formed the joint venture “EBN & PLUTA RESTRUCTURING, S.L.” together with the Spanish commercial bank EBN Banco de Negocios, S.A. Founding this joint venture means merging the restructuring experience offered by the Spanish subsidiary of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH with the financial expertise provided by EBN. The new enterprise’s scope of services will be dedicated to companies affected by a crisis.

EBN & PLUTA RESTRUCTURING has its headquarters in Madrid and is headed by the managing partners Teófilo Jiménez from EBN Banco de Negocios and Áticus Ocaña from PLUTA.

“This cooperation will allow us to combine the best aspects of both consulting areas. Experience shows clearly that more and more companies require a combination of business and financial know-how. I am sure that our joint venture will be able to provide optimum help for companies in economically difficult situations,” says Mr Áticus Ocaña.
