At the beginning of July 2017, PLUTA Poland sp. z o.o. opened its new office in Warsaw. These premises are also the new headquarters of PLUTA in Poland. The new office in the Polish capital is located at 194/124C Grójecka Street in the south-west of Warsaw, just 15 minutes from the airport. This means that PLUTA is now represented by two branch offices in eastern Europe.
In July 2014, PLUTA had opened the first branch office in Ostrów Wielkopolski, which is situated in the triangle formed by the cities Posen, Lodz and Breslau. This office can be found with immediate effect at the new address 3a/2 Ks. Jana Kompałły. The offices in Warsaw and Ostrów Wielkopolski are managed by Mr Michal Nowicki. He is a business administration graduate and has many years of experience in managing insolvency proceedings and in restructuring companies.
According to the PLUTA restructuring expert Mr Michal Nowicki, “The new branch office in the capital is a sign that we are continuing to expand our presence in Poland. Thanks to its central geographical position, Warsaw offers our company many advantages. From here, we can provide our national and international customers with comprehensive care.”
Thanks to the Restructuring Act adopted in 2016, insolvency administrators in Poland now have a wide variety of instruments and new possibilities for restructuring companies. The PLUTA experts support crisis-stricken enterprises during the restructuring process.
Moreover, the team from PLUTA Poland offer comprehensive services in the field of legal advice and auditing.
