ICSL enters into a Preferred Business Affiliate Agreement with Aurum Equity Partners LLP

Integrated Capital Services Limited (ICSL - www.raas.co.in) has signed a Preferred Business Affiliate Agreement with Aurum Partners LLP (Aurum - www.aurumequity.com).

ICSL provides Management and Financial Advisory and consulting services, expert services for turnaround and restructuring of businesses in distress, advisory for business combinations, takeovers, mergers and amalgamations including implementation of plans. ICSL has clients in India and overseas and cross border services is an expert area.

ICSL is one of the founding members of BTG Global Advisory.

Aurum is an Indian Investment Banking Firm, with it's core competency in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, strategic corporate advisory, restructuring and insolvency resolution in a wide range of sectors, including industrials, technology and media, consumer food and retail, real estate & hospitality, supply chain and logistics, education, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, and BFSI.

The preferred Business affiliate Agreement between ICSL and Aurum will enable cross sharing of experience, knowledge, resources and expertise in the areas of restructuring and insolvency.
