Dr. Christian Kaufmann and Mr. Áticus Ocaña further Managing Directors of PLUTA

Bremen/Madrid, December 4, 2015. PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH appointed Dr. Christian Kaufmann and Áticus Ocaña as new members of the management board.

Dr. Christian Kaufmann has been working for PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as an attorney for general law and an attorney specialising in insolvency law since 2011. Previously he was employed by the insolvency law firm Gutmann Insolvenzverwaltung, which merged with PLUTA in 2011. He is responsible for the Bremen and Oldenburg branch offices. Dr. Kaufmann has been an insolvency administrator since 2009 and also works as an insolvency monitor and as a consultant supporting debtor-in-possession proceedings.

Mr. Áticus Ocaña has been working for PLUTA since 2013 and is responsible for the branch offices in Madrid, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The 44-year-old has a degree in law and business management. He completed his Master’s degree in corporate insolvency and is at the moment writing his PhD on the subject of international insolvency at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid.
